“Our true nature is to play and explore, to live in the moment, to enjoy life. ”
Don Miguel Ruiz

Hi I'm Kim and I am passionate about healing and transformation in an individual's life and being the facilitator in that process. So much of life is about relationships, relationship with ourselves and relationships with others that we come in contact with from friends, family, coworkers and significant others. Life can happen to us many times in a way that shows up or feels hurtful and we can experience a myriad of emotions that follow.

Therapeutic Style

I have a relaxed, open and collaborative style of working with clients. I focus on understanding some of the things that has shaped your life, what emotions you have been experiencing and where you are looking to be by implementing a plan together that will empower you to move towards desired change.

I am open to working with all populations and enjoy working with individuals or couples who may be dealing with relationship issues, trauma, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, anger, addiction/relapse prevention, grief or just feeling stuck.

I am here to support and facilitate shifting thoughts, feelings or behaviors that have been negatively affecting you. I work collaboratively with each client to fully understand what you have been experiencing and create change from the feeling centers of the brain. I will assist in clearing up painful emotions or outdated beliefs in order to reconnect someone to their essence, interest and step into a more fulfilling life that brings connection and enjoyment. Life is a journey and so much can be learned and acquired as our soul evolves.
